 Sound is a crucial element in making the racing sequences feel real and exciting. From the roar of the engines to the screech of rubber on the track, every sound is carefully designed to heighten the intensity and immerse the audience in the action. We’ve been working hard on the sound design to complement the visuals and ensure the emotional intensity of the film is felt in every scene. The engine sounds will be loud and visceral, allowing the audience to feel the power of the cars as they race past. The deeper, rumbling growls of the engines will make the audience experience the force and speed of the vehicles. Along with the engine noises, we’ve also planned to use the screeching of tires as they grip the track, adding a layer of tension to the racing sequences. The high-pitched squeal of rubber on asphalt will enhance the feeling of speed and danger. These sounds will combine with the raw roar of the engines, pulling the audience into the high-stakes world of racing. For the non-diegetic sound, we’re working on a fast-paced soundtrack that will match the tension of the races. The music will build in intensity, mirroring the escalating stakes of the competition. As the race reaches its climax, the soundtrack will crescendo, amplifying the emotions of both the protagonist and the audience. The faster beats in the music will reflect the adrenaline-fueled moments of the race, helping the viewer feel the rush of speed. Meanwhile, the slower, more contemplative music will underscore the protagonist’s internal struggles, showing his vulnerability. This contrast will allow the audience to connect with the character’s emotional journey while still feeling the excitement of the race. By combining the diegetic sounds of the race with a powerful soundtrack, we aim to create an immersive experience that pulls the audience into the heart of the action. These elements will work together to build the atmosphere and pace of the film, making the audience feel as if they’re on the track themselves. We’re confident that the sound design will be a key part of making the racing sequences feel truly real and thrilling. Every sound is meticulously chosen to reinforce the emotional highs and lows of the protagonist’s journey.

 I am working with Alexander Nordyke, and Alex Dimartino. I chose them because making a music video will be easier and will look a lot better than if I did it alone. It will not only have better filming, but will have more actors for more roles. The reason I picked these two men as my film partners, was because I trust them with work and we have great team chemistry. I played baseball with Alexander Nordyke, and have known Alex Dimartino for a little over a year. This was a much better alternative not only because it will be a better music video. But mainly because Alex Nordyke has a car. This will make filming our videos much easier. And faster.

Pitch B: A high school boy looks for his first girlfriend but he soon finds out she is also looking for a girlfriend. Pitch A Explanation: For this movie we would have to use various gory props and also create a suspenseful mood throughout. Pitch B Explanation: For this movie we would have a narrator commentate on the journey of love for the high school boy. Final Decision: Our group has decided to go with pitch B. We chose this pitch because we thought it would be very fun to have a narrator in our opening scene.
