 Every film production comes with its own set of challenges, and ours was no different. One of the biggest hurdles we faced was the unpredictable weather during the shooting of the racing sequences. As you can imagine, filming high-speed cars on a track requires perfect conditions, and weather disruptions could throw off our entire schedule. Rain, wind, or even a sudden temperature change could affect the lighting and the cars’ performance on the track. There were several days where we had to adjust our shooting schedule and rework certain scenes to ensure we got the shots we needed. This sometimes meant waiting for hours for the weather to clear or making last-minute changes to the shots we had planned. It wasn’t easy, but the safety of the cast and crew always came first, and we adapted to the situation the best we could. We’ve carefully planned a variety of camera angles to capture the fast-paced nature of the races, aiming to immerse the audience in the excitement and intensity of each moment. One of our primary techniques is the high-angle shot, which will show the entire track from above. This wide shot will emphasize how small the protagonist appears in comparison to the vast scale of the competition, conveying the overwhelming nature of the race. The high-angle shot also adds a sense of distance and isolation, highlighting the challenges the protagonist faces as he competes against more experienced drivers. In contrast, we’re using low-angle shots to make the cars look larger and more imposing as they speed by.
